Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payment 

With the exception of USTA League Matches and Court Time that has been reserved by a member, all court and instruction time must be prepaid. 

Payment is made by using a Payment Profile (unless otherwise approved by WTT Management).

A payment profile (card on file) must be created that enables a player to pay for all transactions, including lessons, clinics, and events/programs. 

• Payment is required at time of booking/event registration. 
• If a WTT staff pro/round robin coordinator makes a reservation for an event, WTT will charge your card on file for that event reservation. 

Cancellation & Refund 

If any scheduled event is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, a credit will be issued to a player’s Court Reserve Account. 

If the cancellation is less than 24 hours before the scheduled event, the payment is non-refundable*. 

*An exception can be considered when the player becomes ill within 24 hours of their scheduled event or in the case of a family emergency. Please call the staff at (610) 433-6858 to notify WTT of the illness/emergency. In the case of an illness, a note from a physician must be submitted.
