WINNING TOUCH TENNIS CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to our continued growth and an increase in last-minute cancellations and/or no-show court reservations, WTT is modifying our cancellation policy. 

• TAP players who cancel their court reservation less than 12 hours in advance* of their scheduled reservation or are a no-show, will be given a 1x penalty strike without a fee. After the 2nd cancellation or no-show, Court Reserve will suspend the reserving player’s ability to make reservations and they will have to pay a $50.00 fee to re-activate their reservation capability.

• Guest players who cancel their court reservation less than 24 hours in advance* of their scheduled reservation or are a no-show, will be responsible for the cost of the court; their payment will be non-refundable. 

Please remember that the reserving player is responsible for the court and any penalty and cancellation fee. 

This cancellation policy is designed to protect valuable court time which is vital to our player base and our business.
